byβ’
TwitterFeedback.app is a free tool that allows you to track, analyze and extract meaningful data out of the feedback you receive on Twitter. Learn who your top users are, what people feel about your product, what words they use the most and much more.
Hi Product Hunt! π
I'm Arnob, a fellow maker and creator of TwitterFeedback.app by Olvy.
We all agree that Twitter isnβt just a social media platform. Itβs a networking and communication hub for your brand.
My favorite example is how the new owner of Twitter, Elon himself used it and his social following to grow his companies to just another level.
But, what bugged me was that there was no tool that could help me analyze the tweets of my users.
A big bummer!
You may ask that, do we really need it?
Well, you surely need it, and hereβs precisely why:
1. People prefer to tweet their feedback than filling long feedback surveys.
2. Feedback in any form is always helpful; provided itβs the right one.
3. People love to interact directly with the people building things on Twitter. Exhibit A - Z: Stripe, Twitter, Github, Slack, Figma, Linear, Framer.
You probably are already active on Twitter, you must already be actively engaging with your users, so it makes complete sense to keep a track of everything they say about you and your brand.
What are the top features?
Now, this is a one of a kind Twitter tool for personal and business accounts and comes with amazing features like:
Top Keywords: Helps you identify what your Twitter friends are talking about and that what you should focus on.
Top Users: Helps you understand the go-to person whenever you need any feedback or help.
Sentiment Analysis: Helps you analyze user comments and replies to find whether their sentiment is positive, neutral, or negative.
You can use this information to answer questions like:
1. Who are the users championing a feature?
2. Who are the ones complaining the most?
3. What words do most people use?
4. And on and on and onβ¦ (Explore the feed page with the filters on your right π‘)
All these features come together to give you tool that you can use for
1. Brand Analysis
2. Twitter Feedback Analysis
3. Competitor Twitter Analysis and much more.
β€οΈ Really, hope that you all love it.
It's still improving every day, and itβs backed by wonderful feedback from users like you, do give it a shot. If you believe it needs something more, then please let us know. π
Iβd love to hear your feedback and will hang out here all day to reply to your questions and comments.
Also would love to share I personally documented the journey of building this tool on twitter π

All the best with today and into the future, anything that helps people understand their customers better gets my vote and this tool has been designed and built really nicely too - top stuff team TwitterFeedback.app!
Killer product for anyone working on a product, blogpost and so much more.
This just made product + people level research a whole lot easier for all those twitter first community-built products!
@_akash_nagaraj Oh for sure
For couple of months we have been working on this product called https://olvy.co/
Where our vision is help companies to build user-centric product by tracking and analying user feedback from wherever they are, ship things faster and smoother, and keep everyone in the loop by going back to them once the Userβs feedback has been resolved.
One of the first few integrations that we build was Twitter (https://olvy.co/integrations/twi...) and we did setup our twitter account of Olvy.
And we have been resolving our user feedback using Olvy.
https://twitter.com/olvyhq/statu...
And thatβs how we thought why not extracting the twitter integration and spin of it build a tool which can help everyone to listen to their twitter audience and collect product feedback π
