I used to lose so many ideas because I couldn't type them fast enough. Not anymore!

@lizzieyuan2025ย Thatโ€™s awesome to hear. Your ideas were always fast enough; it was the typing that was too slow. Glad Typeless is finally keeping up with you:)

@lizzieyuan2025ย This makes our day! ๐Ÿ˜Š So glad we could help you capture all those ideas. That's exactly what we hoped to achieve!

The UI is beautifully simple. No complicated settings or learning curve - just speak and go.

@lisa_helicopter_lย Thank you so much for your kind words! ๐Ÿ˜Š We're thrilled that the simplicity works for you. That's exactly what we aimed for - making it effortless to use. Your feedback means a lot!

@lisa_helicopter_lย Thank you, that means a lot! We worked hard to keep things as clean as possible, so it feels like you can just open Typeless, speak, and get on with your day:>

@huangsong Love the philosophy here - "keyboard was a mistake" resonates deeply. We just launched Whisper for Mac with the same belief: voice-to-text shouldn't feel like a hack. Your execution is beautiful. Two voices solving the same problem, different platforms. Excited to see both succeed! ๐Ÿš€

@0xwhisperIt is so inspiring to see the product you are building! You are tackling such a relevant problem using voice technology, and I love seeing fellow creators working hard to make a positive impact through their own unique approach. Thank you so much for your kind words about Typeless. I am rooting for you and wishing you nothing but the best with your product!

Congrats on the launch, Huang! What would you say is the biggest difference people notice compared to Appleโ€™s built-in voice dictation?

Huang Song
@abod_rehman Thatโ€™s a great question! The main difference between Typeless and Apple's built-in dictation is how it handles your speech. While standard dictation simply transcribes your words, using Typeless feels like working with a super-smart assistant. Typeless understands your intent even when you're just speaking your thoughts out loud. It takes those raw ideas and transforms them into the polished, professional writing you were aiming for. Essentially, it acts more like a helpful co-pilot for your writing rather than just a tool that copies down unedited text.

First of all, congrats on ranking #1. I checked out the app, and itโ€™s well deserved. Iโ€™ve never really wanted to use a dictation option instead of the keyboard, but Typeless might change that.

One thing I noticed is that when I say app names like Zoho, Typeless recognises them as Chinese or Japanese (not completely sure which). It would be nice if we could set a couple of preferred languages so Typeless sticks to them. Thatโ€™s my only feedback so far.

Merry Christmas!

YUKI KE

@ajayesivanย Thank you so much for the kind words and for trying out Typeless! Really appreciate it. ๐ŸŽ‰

You're absolutely right about the language recognition issue with names like "Zoho" โ€“ that's a great catch! The good news is you can add app names like this to your Personal Dictionary, and Typeless will recognize them correctly next time.

Your suggestion about preferred language settings is still excellent feedback though โ€“ I'll pass it along to the team as it would make the experience even smoother!

Thanks for being an early supporter and for the constructive feedback. Merry Christmas! ๐ŸŽ„

The evolution of how we capture ideas is fascinating:

๐Ÿ“œ 3000 BC: Papyrus (Portable writing)

โŒจ๏ธ 1714: The Typewriter (Standardized text)

๐Ÿ–ฑ๏ธ 1979: GUI & The Mouse (Visual interaction)

๐Ÿ“ฑ 2007: The iPhone (Multi-touch)

... and now,

2025: Typeless.

We moved from command lines to clicking icons, then to tapping glass. Now, Typeless is finally reshaping the experience by making AI voice interaction the new standard. This feels like the start of a genuine efficiency revolution. Congrats on the iOS launch! ๐Ÿš€

I find Whisper Flow to be quite slow, and Lightning Dictationโ€™s accuracy isnโ€™t high enough. Typeless is currently the best choice for Mac. I think the recognition in the free version of Typeless is actually quite good, but it seems that after exceeding the free character limit, every sentence you say starts with a colon.

Wow, Typeless is a game changer! The contextual understanding is seriously impressive. Does it learn from past corrections I make to further refine my voice?

Maxine Zhang

The whisper mode is genius! I can dictate notes during late-night inspiration without waking my partner. Congrats!

YUKI KE

@maxine_at_acestudio_aiย Best compliment ever ๐Ÿ˜‚ Happy whisper mode is keeping the peace! Those late-night thoughts are worth capturing.

krystal wuu

@maxine_at_acestudio_aiย Whisper mode saving relationships and late-night ideas at a time.๐Ÿ˜„

Does Typeless support dictation for form filling on websites?

YUKI KE

@vermouth2333ย Yes, works in browser text fields! Just tap and speak. What forms are you thinking of using it for?
