SciSpace BioMed is a domain-native AI Agent for biomedical research. Leveraging 150+ tools & 100+ academic databases/software, it analyzes datasets, interprets variants, designs cloning, wet-lab workflows, aids rare-disease and therapeutic discovery, giving actionable insights across biology, medicine, and genomics.
Does the agent support full multi-omics pipelines end-to-end or only specific workflow components?
Report
@roopreddy Yes, If your multi-omics project involves commonly used modalities (e.g. RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, spatial transcriptomics, single-cell data). If you’re working with less standard omics (special proteomics workflows, novel modifications, rare data types) - I'd recommend you review the outputs carefully.
A super handy tool for decoding scientific papers—just highlight anything confusing and get clear explanations instantly. The follow-up questions and smart, keyword-free search make research faster and much easier.
@priyankamandal Yes. It can perform variant prioritization, integrate phenotype and literature, and generate rich explanations. But, in a regulatory sense it is not a direct replacement. VarSome Clinical (and, historically, BaseSpace VI) are built and certified for clinical workflows; Scispace is a powerful research agent that can assist with variant interpretation but is not itself a certified IVD pipeline.

Have you tested how well it handles noisy single-cell datasets from 10x or Smart-seq.?

A unified AI agent for biomedical research was long overdue. SciSpace seems to be filling the gap. :)Â
