I really wanted to like this app, but I have been up able to load epubs without the app crashing or just giving up. Is there any way to request a refund? Apple refused my request. Thank you.

i purchased the app yesterday, used it, liked it, although there some issues, it crashes, i cannot load pdfs nor choose from which apps i want to load pdfs, certain urls do not work, and today, i cannot even open it :-(
