Building an AI system that turns proposals into projects automatically — would you use this?

I’m building a SaaS that helps teams move faster from sales to execution.
You describe customer requirements → AI generates a proposal → converts it into a full project plan with tasks, timelines, and assignments.

The problem I’m trying to solve: proposals get approved, then teams waste days manually planning and assigning work.
