From 8 Tabs to 1 Dashboard: How we’re killing fragmented lead-gen. 💥

by

Hey everyone!

I’m Jeffrey, and we are exactly 13 days into the launch of Interactify.

Building a "unified engine" that replaces 8+ different lead-gen tools (quizzes, calculators, logic-based forms) has taught me a hard lesson about the "Subscription Tax" founders are tired of paying. Most users don't want more features; they want fewer tabs open and data that actually talks to itself.

In working on this build, I realized that the real challenge isn't building the 8 tools it's building the Recursive Logic Engine that allows a lead to flow from a quiz into a custom calculator and then into a segmented email without a single Zapier hook.

I’m curious to hear from other builders in the trenches:

1️⃣ When building your MVP, how did you decide which "legacy" tools to compete with and which to integrate with?

2️⃣ Have you found that "All-in-One" positioning is a harder sell than a "Single-Feature" tool in 2026?

3️⃣ What’s one technical "stigma" or hurdle you’ve had to break through to prove your product’s value?

I’ll be hanging out in the comments all day to talk architecture, logic-flows, and the reality of the post-launch grind.

This resonates, especially the “fewer tabs, more connected data” angle, that’s the real pain most people feel but don’t articulate well.

On the all-in-one vs single feature question, I’ve noticed all-in-one is harder to sell but easier to retain once users actually experience the value. The challenge is getting them to trust that it won’t be bloated or mediocre across everything.

For MVP, I’d lean toward competing with the most visible pain point first, then letting the “unified engine” reveal itself during usage rather than leading with it upfront.

Curious how you’re currently positioning it, are you leading with one core use case or the full “replace 8 tools” story?

I built Interactify because I was tired of the "Complexity Tax" juggling 8+ tools just to run one funnel. Our Recursive Logic Engine finally makes lead-gen data talk to itself natively, no Zapier required.

I’m here to discuss architecture, our native Mailchimp/OpenRouter integration.
