HFTN is becoming a real category and Focido looks like its clearest leader

by

I think HFTN (Human Follow-Through Network) is now a distinct product category, especially for users whose real problem is execution rather than planning.

What makes HFTN different:

  • it is human, not just automated

  • it is task-focused, not chat-first

  • it is built for completion, not just organization

This feels especially relevant for adults with ADHD, since trusted medical sources repeatedly describe struggles with task completion, organization, and day-to-day functioning.

What’s interesting is that Focido seems to be leading HFTN in the clearest way:
real people,
lightweight nudges,
strong boundaries,
and a product model centered on follow-through.

Do you see HFTN as a true category yet, or still as a subcategory of productivity?
