Hi from London! π Building at the intersection of AI and Creativity
Hey everyone!
I've been a long-time lurker and admirer of the products shipping here, but I finally decided to jump in and introduce myself.
I'm Carl, based in the UK. I've spent my career in AdTech, data and Analytics, and I currently run Adaptiv. Lately, I've been obsessed with a specific problem: the "prompt engineering" gap. I believe AI tools should feel like professional instruments, not a guessing game with a chat box.
I'm currently building a couple of tools focused on professional color matching for artists and guided AI assets for marketers.
I'm looking forward to connecting with other makers, getting some feedback on my current builds, and supporting some of the amazing products launching here every day.
If anyone else is wrestling with AI UX or building for the creative industry, I'd love to swap notes! π

Hey Carl! Great to see you jumping in...your take on making AI feel like pro tools totally resonates. I'm Rian building The Sponge, an AI-powered flashcard app that turns webpages into spaced repetition study material to make knowledge stick. If you're up for it, I'm launching on PH soon...would appreciate a follow (See "PRODUCT HUNT LAUNCH" Link in my profile).
@rianbrobΒ Thanks for the comment Rhin. I'm looking forward to seeing your launch happen. The product looks really cool. Like, the concept makes a lot of sense to me, capturing information as you go and then reusing that to create learning tools. Personally, I find myself reading so much content on a daily basis, capturing it, and then thinking about learning in the future. A better way to assimilate that knowledge would be great. Absolutely, I'm following you now
