How do you plan group trips and events today?

We originally built Despedify just for bachelor(ette) parties in Spain, but we’ve realised the same problems exist for any group trip or event: endless chats, scattered links, unclear plans and nobody knowing who has paid what.

Now we’re focusing on group trips, meetups and events in general: one place for guests, polls, expenses, photos and a shared step-by-step itinerary, plus an AI assistant that suggests what to do in each destination.

I’d love to hear from you:

  • How do you currently plan group trips or events with friends/colleagues?

  • What’s the most painful part (dates, budget, communication, something else)?

  • Which feature would make you say “ok, I’ll move my next trip/event to this tool”?

  • For you, is mobile-first critical, or is a good web experience enough?
