How would you feel about a camera that lets AI “reinterpret” your photos?

I’ve been experimenting with a strange idea lately:
Instead of using AI to generate images, what if AI acted like the lens and darkroom of a camera?
You take a real photo → the AI sees what you captured → and then re-develops it based on its own understanding.
It’s like giving every shot a second interpretation.
I’m curious:
If you had a camera that reimagines your photo instead of reproducing it, what kind of things would you shoot?
Moments? People? Cities? Textures? Something else?
If anyone wants to share examples of reinterpretations (AI or not), I’d love to see them — I’m trying to understand what people find interesting about “second versions” of their moments.
