I built a client portal for freelancers where clients never need a password — just a link
by•
ClientRoom is a client portal for freelancers and creatives. You get a dashboard to manage all your clients — they get a private room with a single link, no account or password required.
From the room, clients can view files you've shared, track project milestones, send messages, and pay invoices. Everything in one place instead of scattered across email, Dropbox, and Venmo.
I built it because I kept seeing freelancers cobble together 4–5 tools to manage one client relationship. ClientRoom is the one link you send instead.

Neat client portal, Nick! Simplifying things for freelancers is huge...I've seen the tool chaos firsthand.
If you're up for it, I'm launching The Sponge on PH soon...an AI-powered flashcard app with a browser extension that turns webpages into spaced repetition study material. Would appreciate a follow (see "PRODUCT HUNT LAUNCH" link in my profile).
@njf2125 The no-password angle is underrated. Half the friction in client relationships is just getting them to log into yet another tool. One link solves that completely. Nice work.
@vishal7017 Thanks Vishal! I agree, the magic link is awesome
