👋 Hey guys -- How are you doing? :)

I'm Stephane, CEO of Umamy. I am starting all over again after 10 years of running a previous Retail Marketing startup (Demooz). I exited Demooz in 2025 with some time (and money... some, not rich yet ahah) ahead.

I am working on Umamy, Umamy is an AI recruiting agent that helps founders and HR teams source, engage, and qualify top candidates, without relying on headhunters.

We have a huge belief: recruiting is hard because Teams don't take enough time to define what they really expect for the job. Usually it's simply writing a job offer, posting on job boards, and pray for good inbound candidates.

Curious to know what you guys are doing when recruiting? If you do, how do you define the need together with your team?
