Working on something for tech recruiters.

Current reality: 2–4 weeks sourcing, high ghosting rate, agency fees 20–30%.

Concept: only candidates in active search mode upload resume + direct contacts → recruiters pay for access to filtered batches.

Looking for candid feedback from anyone in recruiting / TA / HR-tech: • Does this address a real bottleneck for you? • What filters / data would be non-negotiable? (stack, salary expectations, location, relocation readiness?) • Price sensitivity? Would $9–15 for small batch or subscription feel reasonable?
