Mom of 2 & Ex-Tech. I built a cure for "Friday Amnesia". Launching Tomorrow! 🚀
Hi everyone! 👋 I’m Susan.
I’ve worked in high-pressure Tech roles and the chaotic Hotel industry. But honestly? Nothing taught me about productivity quite like being a mom of two.
The Problem: I rely heavily on both my calendar and my notes to manage everything—from work deadlines to my kids' soccer schedules and doctor appointments. But keeping these two worlds in sync was a nightmare.
I’d have a work meeting on Tuesday and a parent-teacher conference on Thursday. My notes were scattered across different apps, and by the time I did my weekly review on Friday, I had lost the context for half of what happened.
The Vision: I believe our tools are broken. We treat Time (Calendar) and Thought (Notes) as separate things. But whether it's a client meeting or a family commitment, they are all part of the same flow.
So I built WeekLens. It’s a calendar-first note-taking tool that uses AI to bridge the gap.
Notes live inside the calendar event (great for both meeting minutes and kids' schedules).
AI records and transcribes meetings.
At the end of the week, AI summarizes your whole week for you—work and life.
We launch on Product Hunt tomorrow! 🔔 I built this to solve my own messy life, and I’m hoping it helps others too.
I’d love to know: Do you keep separate calendars for work and family, or do you merge them like I do?
Thanks for the support!
— Susan
