My girlfriend takes 20 minutes to get dressed. I built an AI to help.

by

"I have nothing to wear."

She had 100+ items in her wardrobe. I couldn't understand it, so I surveyed 44 people about their wardrobes.

The results:

- 47% feel "I have nothing to wear" at least a few times per week

- 56% wear less than 60% of their wardrobe

- The #1 issue: decision paralysis, not lack of clothes

People don't need more clothes. They need help deciding what to wear from what they already own.

So I built Flare:

Upload photos of your clothes → AI creates outfit combinations → Get a decision in 30 seconds instead of 20 minutes.

It's a decision engine, not a shopping app or wardrobe organiser
.

Live beta demo (no signup): https://flare-demo-deployzip--walid545.replit.app

Takes 1 minute to try.

What I need from you:

1. Does this solve a problem you actually have? (Not "sounds cool" but would you USE IT?)

2. If you tried it, what broke or confused you?

3. What's the ONE thing that would make you delete this after one use?

I'm a solo founder, non-technical, bootstrapped. This is my first real product. I'm about to invest serious time and money, and I'm genuinely scared I'm solving a problem only I care about.

Be brutally honest. I'd rather hear "this is pointless" now than after 6 months of building.

Thanks for reading. 🙏
