I know that some of you might be hesitant to start working on your idea, because you have no technical knowledge. I was the same a few months ago, so I'd be happy to answer any questions about this.
Open to questions and feedback about what I launched as well! π
Main vision of TheWorkSage is to connect everyone looking to change/grow their career, with the people who are offering help to achieve this.
You can check out the launch here - https://www.producthunt.com/post...
@kate_kovbii Thanks Kate! :)
Fortunately I found out about all the no-code platforms out there. After some research, I chose Bubble.io, because at least at this stage, it enabled me to create all the necessary stuff for an MVP.
Been using it for 3 months and I'm very happy, but open to any other recommendations!
@kate_kovbii Well, I'm hoping we will reach the stage where we do need a tech team, as that would mean we are implementing a lot more complicated features π
@sudeshna_roy Thanks Sudeshna!
1. It's never as easy as it looks.
2. Usually when you estimate work, mind that it will take double that time.
3. Use a to-do list and plan your week.

Congrats on the launch Veselin!

Congrats! What chnaged your mind to make you start building?
@nuno_ms_reis I was just trying to get some product management experience, but it turned out to be a lot bigger than this. I'm currently in the IT services industry (my full-time job), but I feel like building can impact people a lot more positively :)

Congrats on the launch! How did you tackle the development process? Btw, TheWorkSage seems similar to LinkedIn's mentorship feature. What sets it apart?
@monoshitsu1974 Thank you! Great questions.
Bubbe.io was what helped me with the development. It's a no-code platform, which enables people like me who don't know how to code, to build up sites with functionality behind them.
As a professional platform, LinkedIn, will always be somewhat of an indirect competitor. What sets us apart is that on TheWorkSage you can receive help for anything in your career, not just mentorship per say. By anything I mean CV reviews, interview preparation, networking strategies and more!
Hope that answers the questions, but I'm here if I can provide more details!

@veselin_kostov That's cool, no-code platforms are game changers for non-tech founders. Interesting approach with TheWorkSage, catering to broader career needs. Good luck with the project and keep us posted on updates!

Congratulations and all the best. ππππ
Big step Veselin! There is no substitute for just getting started. I am also a non-technical founder. I now have more than enough engineers on the team but it was daunting getting started. I quickly learned to surround myself with the best technical people possible and as early as possible, if only as advisors. You will need them. For now the key thing is whether you have the right idea, because that is all that really matters. Congrats and good luck!
@stephen_smith67 Thank you Stephen! Indeed, at the start I might be solo, but at some point technical talent will need to be involved.
And what are you working on?

Congrats, man your first product! All the best.
I'm curious to know how you got connected with the people who offer help with career growth.
Congratulations on the project, it looks very interesting, and then the idea of developing it no code is absolutely wonderful. I accidentally discovered bubble.io today and had no idea it had so much potential. You have my support for the challenge faced and the very interesting idea!
@ovamoki Correct for the UI designer, but it was me who became the no-code developer :D If you dedicate some time to it, you can quickly learn the ropes in Bubble, as long as you are not trying to build something very complex.
