đź§ Now capturing patient data to build real assistant memory
We’ve started building the assistant’s memory by storing key patient data —
so it knows who it’s talking to, what’s already been asked, and what’s relevant to each interaction.
This goes beyond just answering questions or booking appointments.
The platform will also include an internal assistant for the clinic staff —
capable of answering things like:
💬 “How many appointments are booked for next week?”
📊 “Which dentist has the most patients today?”
📉 “What’s our weekly cancellation rate?”
It’s all designed to simplify operations and give both the patient and the clinic a more intelligent experience.
