Opened Supabase tonight ^^

Opened Supabase tonight and the API map showed 177 requests in the recent window – with one big cluster of ~140 from the US and the rest from Vietnam, Singapore and a few other spots.

For a solo, non‑coding founder, that’s a small but real milestone: Okiela isn’t just a local project anymore, real people are touching it from different places.

It’s also a good reality check. Getting requests from multiple countries is easy compared to making sure that when a real Shopify founder lands, the journey from:

landing → auth → first‑run dashboard → upload / demo → KPIs / AI → upgrade

actually feels clean and trustworthy.

After the first 24–48 hours I realised:

- infra was fine

- people watched testimonials and read the blog

- a couple of users tried to pay and checkout quietly failed

So lately I’ve been focused on:

- killing legacy routes and hiding half‑baked screens

- tightening billing, with proper error paths instead of silent failures

- writing down the Golden Path step by step and smoothing every rough edge

I’d love to see this map packed with green later this year, but only if it means “more founders seeing their true profit clearly”, not just “more random traffic hitting a half‑ready product”.
