Shipping popups shouldn’t take weeks - how do you handle this in your teams?
Hey folks,
We’ve been talking with marketers and PMs who often wait weeks just to get a simple promo banner or popup live. Usually it’s because of dev queues, approvals, or CMS limitations.
That frustration pushed us to build something lightweight ourselves - a no-code way to spin up banners and popups in minutes. We ended up calling it Bannify. It’s under 25KB, works on any CMS, has AI assist, and agencies can even white-label it.
But rather than just “showing off,” I’d love to open this up as a discussion:
How do you currently handle urgent promo requests in your company?
Do you usually build in-house, use tools, or just wait for dev cycles?
What’s the biggest bottleneck you’ve seen when it comes to speed in marketing ops?
Would really appreciate your thoughts - both on the general problem and on whether what we’re building makes sense.
