StoryWeave update: Google sign-in is live, and v0.2.0 is now tracked

Shipped a new StoryWeave update today.

What changed:

- Google sign-in is now live in production.

- Email login is still supported, so the existing account flow is not being replaced.

- StoryWeave now has lightweight version tracking, starting at v0.2.0.

- I added a changelog and release workflow so future product iterations are easier to follow.

- I also clarified the next product milestone: making the creative flow from outline -> chapters -> scenes feel more connected.

A lot of this is not flashy, but it makes the product more reliable and easier to build on.

The next focus is improving the core fiction workflow, especially turning outlines into usable chapter structure and making scene generation more grounded in chapter context.
