We finished at #16 for the day - huge thank you to everyone 🙏 I'd love to hear your honest feedback
Hey everyone 😃
I wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to everyone who checked out Loomoz on launch day 🙏
Finishing at #16 of the day honestly meant a lot to me, especially having built this solo, and finishing it recently after losing my full-time job as a Product Manager.
I’m incredibly grateful for every upvote, comment, message and visit and it was also amazing to see some other products shared with me and talk to some of you on the day, it’s really inspiring.
For context, Loomoz helps teams capture full webpages, annotate visually, and collaborate faster.
Now that the adrenaline has settled, I’d really love to understand one thing honestly and objectively:
If you visited the website, what stopped you from signing up?
I had hundreds of visitors but signups were lower than expected on launch day, which surprised me because the product is finished, working and already saving time for teams I recommended it to.
So I’d love your help to understand where the friction was:
1. Was the 7-day free trial not enough?
2. Would a free forever plan feel more attractive?
For example:
- Free plan with 1 project
- Upgrade only if you need more
3. Was it unclear what the product actually does?
4. Website wasn’t convincing enough / needed more social proof?
5. Something else completely?
Feel free to be brutally honest, it's the only way I can improve
This isn’t about vanity metrics, I want to learn why people were excited enough to click, but not enough to try it. If you’re willing to drop a quick reply with even a one-line answer, it’ll genuinely help me shape the product and pricing into something people want to use.
Thank you again for the support. It truly means the world.
I’m still new to the Product Hunt community, but already see how valuable it is for discovery, learning and building together. 🧱💪

Congrats on the launch! Loomoz looks great. And the full-page capture is super useful too. One thing that I wondered as I scrolled through the page is: "What makes this different from other screenshot capture tools?" And I think if you could provide a comparison table maybe at the end, or make the differences more evident - it would answer the questions that users may have.
Also, mentioning pain points in the landing page copy rather than just mentioning features could also boost conversions. You have a section for this which is great, but I reckon that mentioning this earlier on in the page would be seen by more users.
Anyway, those are just my two cents lol. It's all just small tweaks really on the landing page, but it's a fantastic product with loads of great features, so it's just a matter of making copy tweaks here and there.
Overall, this product looks really useful, which would help lots of designers and developers. Just bookmarked it!

Hey @silvia_odwyer1 , thank you so much for taking the time to reply and for your valuable feedback 🙏 These are all excellent points and I'll be making some changes to the front page over the weekend to highlight the differences with other tools and Loomoz.
Thanks again, feedback like this is incredibly helpful!
