Building a community, especially from scratch, is tough. Sometimes it feels like figuring out the elements of a spell πŸ˜… What have you seen work really well?

Video is the most effective medium to gain an audience right now. Initially, posting short videos at a high frequency (thrice a week) will give you instant growth. Once you establish an initial audience, then it's easy to grow by collaborating with similar creators.

This was for a large B2B SaaS software. We used to host monthly get togethers in different cities, where we would talk about new features about to launch as well as being planned. We would also get them to talk about issues they were facing and wins they had. Took tons and tons of cajoling, many a prayer and lots of wine and snacks :) but we were able to do it consistently till Covid hit!
