Our main goal @TeamStation AI is to integrate into large VMS and also fine tune our Human-Capacity Spectrum Modeling as we are getting rid of the resume and job description to radically change how we align human effort to ideas with certainty, continuity, and predictability. It took us 5 years of R&D and the time has come to unveil our UFO. Fun Fact - Did you know the first version of a CV in written recorded history was Leonardo Da Vinci back in 1482? And guess what? He lied on his resume. So think about all these system and ATS's feeding inaccurate data to align candidates. Yeah the entire HR industry is broken and we are doing something about it.

We are developing and preparing our biggest feature, Grapevine Spaces and Information hub which will allow users to communicate where work happens and work where communication happens. We will launch it at our first even virtual event “Redefining the Rules of Work (RTROW)” Super excited about this launch and can’t wait to get it into the hands of our customers and future customers!

I’m working on creating a data visualization platform for product managers that simplifies text-heavy documentation through automated, data-driven visuals built around your content. This helps teams communicate key insights more clearly and efficiently. This year, my focus is on gaining a deep understanding of our target customers, identifying their pain points, and using that feedback to shape the platform. The aim is to build alongside users to ensure the product meets their needs, with the goal of completing our MVP and launching a tool that truly supports product teams in managing and communicating their workflows.
