Sometimes I have a feeling I could use my potential more.
E.g.
Spending too much time on the internet → I could go exercise or read books.
Not taking advantage of relationships in terms of networking → I should socialise more and ask for help (because I do not do that.). 😅
Not being a part of some co-working or so → I could have more friends and we could create some projects.

Are you aware of something in your life that keeps you behind?
How do you overcome it or compensate?

I see people around are mentioning procrastination as the main reason, however not sure how many of you really know the psychology behind of it. Our brain has a protective mecanism. When we are delaying something, it comes as a reaction to something that bothered us long time ago. I think the first think to do - observe the pattern, analyse it and change the attitude.
@busmark_w_nika not sure if this is procrastination, I still will discover what is happening with my habits. Using self-therapy journeys for that - they are based on KSA framework (knowledge - skills - attitude). The secret is to change your attitude towards uncomfortable situations. I see you guys super active here - is this procrastination concept still an evergreen problem?
@tina_sisman It is a matter of an individual. Some people when they feel unproductive, they keep themselves busy (always). And there are also people not caring too much – they procrastinate and they are okay with that.

My current bad habit is definitely spending too much time on my phone, and I feel like I haven’t overcome it yet.😅 Perhaps reading books or doing some craft activities like jigsaw puzzles could help me overcome it.
One "bad" habit I’ve struggled with is overplanning instead of acting—spending too much time strategizing without taking enough actionable steps. To combat this, I’ve started setting daily, small, actionable goals and using time-blocking to stay on track.
Another mindset that held me back was hesitating to ask for help, thinking I needed to figure everything out alone. Now, I actively reach out to my network for advice and collaborate with others—it’s amazing how much faster progress happens when you leverage the power of community.
@kamran_razzaq ufff feeling you! I like planning. Even the process itself. At some point I was catching myself that it should be a new job position - company planner. Jokes aside: I can recommend you a good book to change a bit the mindset about goals setting. Check https://www.amazon.com/NLP-Workb...

Habit - Making a plan and not following throgh then making another plan for something i just made a plan for just to not follow through.
Mindset - "I can do everything" or " Im not good enough"
inconsistency is a bad habit... it is okay to be not too organized... you can still write it down... but inconsistency is the biggest enemy of success...
