Your AI chatbot knows your customers' orders before your agents do
One thing I wanted to highlight that I think is really useful for e-commerce teams: when a customer writes in asking about their order, the AI chatbot automatically pulls their Shopify or WooCommerce order data and responds with the actual order status, tracking info, or return details.
