@krzysztof_kubiak Congrats on the launch! I can see this benefitting smaller-scale and early-stage startups that might not have the infrastructure or personnel to manage accounts receivable consistently. The no-integration approach is huge these days—being able to get up and running quickly with little friction is important. I did have a question around compliance and security. Many businesses will naturally be concerned about data privacy in regards to AI especially whether their information is used to train models. I didn’t notice details on which AI models or APIs you’re using, could you share how you handle data security and compliance?

@krzysztof_kubiak @mogabr Thank you for asking about our AI infrastructure and data security practices. We use Langchain which enabled us to switch models much easily. We have 2 modes - one use Gemini hosted in EU : Gemini for Google Cloud doesn't use your prompts or generated responses for training or fine-tuning our underlying models. - one use LLaMA open sourced model hosted in our Google Cloud infrastructure based in EU, so we are also sure that your information are not used to train with the model for our premium customers. Since it's a setup cost. Also our AI models are configured to avoid disallowed content and respect user privacy. For now, we don't use RAG architecture, it's an AI agents using tools calling APIs with specific role-based access.
