Congrats on the launch, Alex and Malith! Videco sounds like a game-changer for sales and marketing teams. How did you come up with the idea for personalized AI videos?

Hey Alexandre, Just as a background, I have 10 years of tech-SaaS sales under my belt, and I've used every sales tech tool under the sun. Here are a few suggestions from me: 1) The in-browser recording is unusable for me. I am using Chrome Version 128.0.6613.115(with graphics acceleration on), the recording is going at 5-8 frames a second, output is not good enough to send to potential customers. If you're suggesting that I should record a video on my own and upload it, that might be a blocker for most salespeople. A good middle-of-the-road suggestion might be to build a chrome extension similar to Loom and Vidyard. They do most of the recording through their chrome extension and I use those tools quite often to create customized video. 2) The blank slate when recording the video is jarring. I'm not sure what I should be saying, how I should be saying it, and what the purpose of the recording is. The only suggestion I have when making the video is "leave out the intro" which does not help me whatsoever. I would suggest providing examples during the phase to help guide the user on what they should be recording to help you have the most video context as possible. 3) As salespeople, we often re-record videos 20 times before sending it through, when I do record a video, the app automatically starts processing it. It should provide options to re-record before processing, as we never nail it the first time(or the next 20 tbh lol) 4) Provide a taste of what the AI can do in terms of mass video. The magic moment in your app is watching myself speak without actually me recording it (Im assuming this, let me know if this is what you are imagining). If you don't provide this moment for me to entice me, I don't see a reason coming back. The only experience I got before the paywall is recording a 5-frame a second video and then bouncing off. Show me what the AI can do!! Generally this is a good premise and I think has potential use case as recording videos are cumbersome. That being said, there is a specific reason we record videos and it's to prove that we aren't auto emailers nor bots. If the AI can't provide that experience for potential prospects(personalization based off of a linkedin page for example), it won't be something that is used often. I love the idea of combining videos with forms and CTAs. How does the AI handle video personalization at scale? Also, can the analytics provide insights on viewer engagement at specific points in the video? Excited to see how this boosts sales teams!

Sending a video definitely helps you stand out - especially if the page is personalized with merge tags like name, title and company. I can see how the right messaging with the right target audience could be super effective with Videco.
