Hey Team, Is it possible to implement a feature as it can read out my appointments? I mean to say here that when I ask Voicera to read my google calendar schedules it actually display and doesn't read out loud. Also, can I implement other voice than this robotic or google voice? The voice makes me so discomfort of using the app.

@mahendra_rao These are some great suggestions. I will ask the product team to take a look at these and see what they think. I know these are not in the roadmap right now, but they could be great additions!

@cory_treffiletti Thanks for considering here. I will be looking forward to this and hope the dev team can bring this to the table. I am using the free version now and never pitched into purchase version yet and I am testing on an Android platform. Also, please take a look at this: When Voicera doesn't understand what I say then it actually throws a list of options and those options are not necessary (it shows up an unrelated option and ask me to choose from them) I guess this might be a slight code glitch. @mahendra_rao Thanks Mahendra. For clarification, there is no paid version at this time as we are solely in a free open beta. The issue you are describing - can you elaborate? I am unclear on your last point. We don't offer anything like what you describe. Are you sure this is in our web app?

@cory_treffiletti Sure, I mean to say that when I ask Eva to read my Calendar it says like this "I did not understand that. Here are some suggestions based on what you said. Phrase your request using this format or say quick start for a full list of shortcuts." Calendar -display available calendars -open calendar [] General -read clipboard NFC Tags -read [nfc] tag

Do you support other languages besides English? Spanish in particular?

After removing our account, we kept having EVA join the calls and recording. After a series of emails with their support, nothing was done to resolve the problem. As it turned out, even though the Voicera account was "removed" the existing Gsuite API integration was still active. I had to remove those permissions via Gsuite on our side. They have also not been able to confirm that all existing call recordings have been deleted. Be wary of this if you sign up. The service seems good, but if you decide it isn't, you need to be very careful in API permission management.

Pros:

interface is fairly intuitive, integrations are seamless

Cons:

Not all features work, transcription is mediocre at best, not effective for conference rooms with multiple people talking via one device.
