Was diagnosed with ADHD in late 2020, just shy of my 41st birthday. Been struggling to understand and accept myself and my diagnosis, especially with regards to past experiences. Inflow has helped me start to learn that none of this is my fault, that I'm not broken or "wrong" and - more than anything - that even at my age of now-42 there is still a chance to change how I feel about myself and how I communicate/interact with others. It's given me a hope I didn't think I'd ever find. Definitely recommend - each day's "lesson" is short and to the point. I also love that it offers audio and text at the same time!
