Congrats on the launch. Looks like a great idea. To get it to have the right answers, does it use custom prompt injection or is there some sort of RAG/vector database in the mix? And if so, does that impact reply speed?
@mattski2000 AI chatbot is mainly trained on your own data (From your uploaded knowledge base) for quick answers. The large model is mainly used to help quickly identify customers’ real question intentions. So we can make the aibot have a balance between speed and accuracy.
