I wouldn't recommend it, its sticks way too far out this will annoy most people unless you've a huge case. Maybe it'd work better for non phone devices.

Magnet is a little on the weak side

I saw the Volta Charger on various tech channels on youtube and thought it was a fantastic idea so I backed it on indegogo. 1 week after it arrived I am very dissapointed one of the tips has fallen to pieces, the metal surround has fallen off, making it unusable. And the magnets are so weak that the cable will not stay attached unless the phone and cable are on a flat surface.

I could not wholeheartedly recommend this product to anyone.

the product need refinment not to the physical aperance but to the performance just hoped it worked a bit better.

The cables are easy to use and does what they clame.

Is grate at not ripping the cable out of the phone and does save ware that way.

The magnet's are not strong enuf in order to snap on no matter what angle the tip is facing.(yes that i rigt up aganst it need a wiggle ST)

Funded ZNAPS, was very disappointed by the test prototypes, and the project never delivered. Bought this the second they had the store, and could not be happier with the results.

Now I was hesitant to buy these cause I have a disability that causes me to have muscle weakness in my body so I was worried about the magnets being too strong and me not being able to take the cord off the any of tips that you can choose from (micro USB, USB-C and Lighting). I have the micro USB and USB-C tips, but I was VERY happy too see that I was able to unplug the cord with ease. I do know that their newer cords do have a slightly stronger magnet and wasnt much harder to unplug on newer version.

So my first thought of the Volta cords and tips is wow I was expecting more packing than what it came in. It came in this really nice zip up case that has a carbon fiber look with red accents. I thought the cord a tips would be in there own Little bag inside this case they weren't. this isnt a downfall nor does it take away from the product cause what I was expecting is when I opened up the case I was expecting for the tips to come flying out and fall on the floor but they didn't. Why, cause they were attached to the cord by the magnet. This is a good thing cause you don't have to worry about them flying everywhere when you get it and are excited to open open up these awesome cords. What I also like is that the tip only stick out like a 1/16 of an inch or 1.58mm for our overseas friends. This is great cause there's no chance of it getting caught on anything and coming out of your device!!

My only problem/ con is that the magnet is a little bit too weak and that it can come unplugged with a slight bump but the company has recognized the problem and they already have made a revision change and have corrected the problem with that. Its good to see the company recognized the problem and has already changed their design to correct it.

I definitely will be buying their products again for my devices and will definitely recommend them to all my friends who have a disability and are unable to plug in their own personal devices.

This company is a fraud. Their lifetime warranty means you will have to pay for the replacement shipping cost of AU $9.99. Their product is cheaply made and will not last.

I first came across this product during my holiday in Australia, as someone who loves gadgets and with many devices around I thought this could come handy for charging all these stuffs - and what a decision I made! VOLTA still remains one of those purchases I feel very impressed and satisfied that I made, it's over a year now, I've added another cable and a couple tips, all still going strong.
