Visual Translate by Vozo - Translate text in your videos without recreating visuals

Fully translated videos — finally. Visual Translate adds the final layer — translating text inside videos — on top of voice dubbing, lip-sync, and subtitles. It detects and translates on-screen text, from slides and diagrams to callouts and labels, while preserving the original layout, style, and animation. Turn slide videos and explainers into multilingual versions and reach a global audience — without recreating visuals from scratch.

i'm a handmade craft creator and i run my own shop on Esty. I've already tried this product and i'm honestly amazed!

i have some videos of myself sculpting clay. before i found this visual translator, i had to manually translate them from Chinese into English. it really took me lot of work. i needed to prepare the translated text myself and then produce a separate English version of video.

Now i can just use this tool to upload my Chinese video and then the Chinese text displayed in the video is automatically translated and be replaced into English. it's incredibly fast and saves me so much time! i'm sure i'll keep using this product!!

@ushuanc Thank you so much for sharing this. It’s really great to hear how you’re using it for your clay sculpting videos.

Helping creators translate videos without recreating everything from scratch is exactly what we hoped to make easier. Really glad it’s saving you time.

If you ever have ideas or feedback while using it, we’d love to hear them!

How consistent are translations across subtitles, visuals, and dubbing?

Can Vozo translate charts, labels, or diagrams inside videos?

Josie OY

@elser_ai Yes, in most cases it can. As long as the text is explanatory text that appears clearly in the video—such as chart labels, diagram annotations, or slide text, Vozo can detect and translate it.

Is visual translation suitable for ads, or mainly for education?

Josie OY

@yi_chen219 It works for both. As long as the text styles and animations in the video are not extremely complex, Visual Translate handles them very well.

We are also actively improving the next version to better support more complex animations.

Really interesting feature. Translating the actual text inside videos feels like a missing piece for making content truly multilingual. Keeping the translated text editable also sounds very useful. How does Vozo handle cases where the translated text becomes longer and might break the original layout or design?

Josie OY

@vik_sh Great question. This happens quite often when translating between languages.

Vozo analyzes all the text elements in the frame and understands their layout. After translation, it recalculates the placement and length of the text to generate a new layout that fits the translated content as naturally as possible.

Everything remains editable in the editor, so you can still adjust wording, font size, or positioning if you want to fine-tune the visual balance.

Is there any manual review before publishing?

Josie OY

@libin_yao Yes. Before publishing, users can review and edit the translations directly in our editor. Once everything looks right, they can export the final video.

My favorite part is that I can choose what to translate and what not to translate. I just tried it on a video and the results are amazing.

Josie OY

@xfei Thanks for trying it out! This is actually a new feature we just added a few days ago, it lets you choose exactly what to translate and what to keep unchanged.

Hope you continue exploring the product and feel free to share any feedback or suggestions with us!

What’s the typical processing time for a 10-minute video?

Josie OY

@saira_wang It depends on several factors, including the video length, the amount of on-screen text, and how long those text scenes appear in the video.

In most cases, processing takes about 2–3× the duration of the video.

How does Vozo handle perspective-distorted text?

Josie OY

@adrian_liu3 Great question. At the moment, we can detect and translate perspective-distorted text, but the translated result does not preserve the original perspective transformation.

So the text will still be correctly translated and placed, but it will appear without the same perspective distortion. We are exploring ways to support this better in future iterations.

Do you support manual adjustments?

Josie OY

@shijun_liu Yes, our editor supports manual adjustments.

You can modify the original text and regenerate the translation, or edit the translated text directly. You can also adjust the text’s position, size, style, and even animations to better match the original video.
