I met Tiago about 6 months ago and have been following his journey in building WES. I know he has the success of the members at his heart. He is honest, genuine, and just overall helpful. Don't join communities where it is just a chat room with hundreds of people. Join a micro community where everyone knows one another's names! This is the one.
