Been using Weave for months and there's nothing better than making changes for running our engineering that feel like they worked, and then getting a confirmation from Weave that backs it up quantitatively.
I am very curious behind the mechanisms of determining work output?
@jesseliii We scan every PR using our ML model to compute an answer to the question 'How long would this take an expert engineer? (we call this a Weave hour). Being able to aggregate this across all PRs allows you to get a good sense of output :)
Curious how does this plug into the existing workflows that teams are using already, e.g. does it integrate with Cursor or IDE or git? :) And is it best for team leads to assess team performance, or more for individuals to improve themselves? (thinking of how to assess this)
