Huge congrats on the release!
One question: how does the product distinguish between adaptive stress (like training or public speaking) and chronic stress that accumulates unnoticed?

Jane Smorodnikova

@ima_dia Thank you! Love this question. Adaptive stress is part of a healthy rhythm — your body ramps up, does the job, and then resets. Chronic stress is what happens when the “reset” never fully kicks in. The product monitors those recovery patterns and helps you see when activation is normal… and when it may be turning into something that drains you over time.

Maria Ermatova

@ima_dia Also, as we get data from Apple Health, we will know if you just finished training or exercising, and the stress that was raised is aimed at a good recovery. However, if the stress is rising with no prior physical activity, you will get an alert.

This is absolutely life changing, I’m really interested in how the app decides which moments to flag and how it guides someone through reversing a buildup before it becomes overwhelming.

Jane Smorodnikova

@info_team3 Thank you so much! We flag moments when your metrics show early signs of strain that often lead to overwhelm later. The guidance is all about small, timely resets that help your body recover before stress accumulates.

Maria Ermatova

@info_team3 You should definitely test the feature yourself to learn your own patterns and see what actions help you the most!

Great for busy professionals, great job!

@gdc Thanks so much! We’re excited about what we’ve built — and even more excited to finally share it with everyone.

Maria Ermatova

@gdc The main goal is to stay productive, but not to sacrifice your health and well-being. Thank you for your support!

Veranika Zdanovich

@gdc Thanks a lot! Happy to finally have this in users’ hands.

@gdc Thanks Guiseppe! Curious how this fits into your day. If anything feels off, we’d love to hear it via email or chat.

Evgeny Teilor

@gdc We look forward to welcoming you to our app, Guiseppe! I hope I see you soon there!

Sergey Bakaev

Very thoughtful approach. If I turn off some Apple Health categories for privacy reasons, does accuracy drop significantly, or do you fallback gracefully to fewer signals?

Vika Podleskih

@thxgrey You can choose which data you share with us. However, I recommend leaving your movement and heart rate data — it will provide significant benefits.

Maria Ermatova

@thxgrey Thank you, Sergey! Taking care of your personal data is an understandable and respectful choice. But the more data you share with Welltory, the more personalised and precise data you will receive.

Kamil Seidov

@thxgrey Appreciate your question Sergey! If you'll have any trouble connecting your Apple Watch, just drop a message to our support team. We’ll sort it out.

Irene Chan

Congrats! This is very interesting. I used to manually track my energy on a Google Sheet. I had a list of activities and then i had to track whether something drains my energy or it fuels it.

This is very promising! what data is it getting and how is it getting the data? i use my apple watch a lot to get data like training load.

Maria Ermatova

@heyitsirenechan Tracking the energy on a Google Sheet is a very dedicated approach; however, I believe, very time-consuming. Welltory is solving this issue and will track your energy and stress in real-time and efficiently.
As per the biomarkers, Welltory analyses all data from your Apple Health, including your heart rate, HRV, activity, sleep and many more.

Jane Smorodnikova

@heyitsirenechan Thanks a ton! Love that you were already doing this manually — that’s exactly the kind of pattern we wanted to simplify.
With an Apple Watch, the app uses signals like HR, HRV, movement, sleep, and recovery trends to understand when tension builds up and when your energy rebounds. All the data comes through Apple Health, so you stay in control of what you share.

Evgeny Teilor

@heyitsirenechan Wow, then we really came up with our app at the right time! We'd love to hear from you and help you transition completely online!

Esther George
Congrats on the launch @jsmorodnikova Real-time stress detection (especially while sedentary) is such an underrated problem to solve. Does Welltory learn from individual routines over time? For example, can it distinguish between "good stress" (deep work, productive focus) and "draining stress" so the recommendations stay accurate and not intrusive?
Vika Podleskih

@george_esther  Yes, you made a wonderful point! Deep focused work does require some tension and stress. We at Welltory know how to distinguish between these conditions.

Maria Ermatova

@jsmorodnikova  @george_esther As the data is always syncing from your Apple Watch, we will know exactly when you are exercising, or just finished a physical activity, and certain stress is required for recovery. On the contrary, when your biomarkers show that you are in a still position, but your stress level is growing, this is where the alert will pop up.

Evgeny Teilor

@jsmorodnikova  @george_esther Appreciate for the question Esther! And if you ever feel the data doesn’t match how your body feels, send us a note please

Alex Danilin

@alexander_danilin Thank you very much! Your feedback is so inspiring and motivates us to bring even more value to our users!

Evgeny Teilor

@alexander_danilin Our designer was seriously concerned about some of the details. It's great that you mentioned it; we'll pass it on to him. Thank you!

Veranika Zdanovich

@alexander_danilin Thank you so much! Proud of what the team pulled together for this release.

Stepan Solodnev

@alexander_danilin Really appreciate it, Alexander! If you ever think “I wish it also showed X”, that’s exactly what we want to hear via our feedback channels.
