@boris_adamyan Thank you! We put so much into polishing this version, and your encouragement really fuels us.
Welltory
@boris_adamyan I never tire of receiving words of support, because even such short congratulations make us incredibly happy! Thanks Boris
This looks like an amazing product — I’m definitely going to try it. I usually notice stress in my body myself, when everything feels more tense and my breathing gets shorter. It really is important to bring yourself back to a good state as quickly as possible instead of letting the stress build up. I’m curious to try Welltory and see whether it can alert me to rising stress even earlier than I can notice it on my own!

@new_user___32720252df86c544a02bcfd Thank you so much for this thoughtful comment! 🙌
You’re absolutely right — by the time we feel stress in our body, a lot has already accumulated under the surface.
That’s exactly why we built Real-Time Stress Relief:
to detect those rising stress signals before they turn into tension, shallow breathing, or an energy crash.
We’d love to hear what you discover once you try it, especially how early Welltory picks up on your patterns compared to your own intuition!
Welltory
@new_user___32720252df86c544a02bcfd Noticing stress in your body is already a superpower — and we built Welltory to give that superpower an extra boost by catching the early signals you might miss. Can’t wait for you to try it and see how it helps
Welltory
@new_user___32720252df86c544a02bcfd Thanks Natasha! If you’d like to see more (or fewer) notifications about rising stress, we’d love to hear how often you’d want the app to nudge you.
Welltory
@new_user___32720252df86c544a02bcfd I hope you will be pleasantly surprised by all the possibilities of our new developments.
This app is truly very useful for health.
What I like even more is that my mom was the one who introduced me to it — she regularly tracks her metrics and analyzes them with the app. Thank you, this is probably the most important thing!
Welltory
@new_user__2552023deba83791b8568a9 Thank you so much for sharing this — it means a lot. And hearing that your mom introduced you to the app is incredibly heartwarming. Stories like this remind us why we do what we do
Welltory
@new_user__2552023deba83791b8568a9 This is such an inspiring story! We love that family members of all generations use Welltory and share their insights to each other.
Welltory
@new_user__2552023deba83791b8568a9 Thanks a ton! A big moment for us — the team’s been looking forward to this day.

@new_user__2552023deba83791b8568a9 How cool to read such a comment on Mother's Day! Thank you for your kind words Victoria!
Heeey, looks nice! Congrats on the launch!
Also I like that you've included specifically scientific journals publications on your site and didn't merge them with articles from other media :)
Welltory
@julia_shandrokha Thank you so much! Really appreciate the kind words — and glad you noticed the separation of scientific publications. Keeping research transparent and easy to find is important to us
Welltory
@julia_shandrokha Your support means so much to us. We are determined to base all our new solutions on an evidence-based scientific approach
Welltory
@julia_shandrokha Well noted Julia! We’d be truly curious to know if our app changed the way you think about stress.
Welltory
@julia_shandrokha We didn't initially plan to include excerpts from the media due to the unreliability of the data. Thank you for pointing this out Julia!
Nice work!
How does the model behave when I’m sick or sleep poorly? Does it adjust the baseline, or will it trigger more alerts than usual?
Welltory
@nadiaaesty Thank you! We're changing your personal norms without distorting reality—during illness, most people may experience more stress, which is harmful to blood vessels, and the app will show this. We believe it's crucial to show the true burden on your heart, not just "good news."
Welltory
@nadiaaesty The app assesses a person's conditions based on multiple dimensions. So, in case of sickness, the dashboard will show both the health and stress levels, which will be counterdependent.
Welltory
@nadiaaesty Hey Nadia, thanks! If you ever catch yourself thinking “this part is overkill” (especially amount of alerts), we’d love to know which part.
Welltory
@nadiaaesty By the way, if there are any problems with the number of notifications, we would be very happy to receive feedback.

super important these days!
Welltory
@wherelambo Completely agree. These days it’s so easy to push through stress without noticing how much it’s affecting our health. That’s why tools that help you stay aware and grounded have become more important than ever.

Hey ?makers, congrats on an outstanding idea and execution - looks impressive and feels like the future of preventative health. How does Welltory determine which specific micro-actions reduce stress for an individual in real time, and how quickly does the system adapt as new biomarker data comes in?
Welltory
@romanopravdic Thank you very much for your support! We determine the moment to reduce stress based on your heart rate data. As soon as we receive your heart rate data (almost immediately), we can assess whether you're experiencing stress or not.
Welltory
@romanopravdic The feature will suggest numerous easy actions, which help to reduce stress. Once you start using it regularly, you will figure out which actions work best personally for you!
Welltory
@romanopravdic I hope we can go through this journey with you Romano and you will see many more new things!
Cool idea. Does it adapt over time? Say I never do breathing exercises — will it eventually stop suggesting them and switch to something I’m more likely to try?
@iluhich great question! Welltory doesn’t give you generic advice. It uses your physiological signals to show you what’s working for you personally, and helps you do more of that. I personally haven’t seen breathing exercises work for a whole lot of people who aren’t already in the habit of doing them regularly
Welltory
@iluhich Yes — it does 🙂
Welltory adapts over time based on both your data and your behavior. The app learns from how your body responds and which recommendations you actually use (or consistently skip). If certain suggestions — like breathing exercises — aren’t something you engage with or don’t show a positive effect for you, they’ll naturally appear less often.
In parallel, Welltory will surface alternative recommendations that better fit your habits and have a stronger impact on your physiology. The idea isn’t to push a single “correct” technique, but to help you discover what genuinely works for your body, lifestyle, and preferences — and to refine that over time.
Welltory
@iluhich Thank you for your interesting question Ilia, I hope the answers above help you find the answer to your question!
