Love this concept! How does the app help users understand long-term patterns—like which habits consistently reduce their stress vs. increase it?

Alexander Neshitov

@siam_al_ahad We highlight the time intervals that most increased or reduced your stress, so users can easily connect them with what you were doing—work, rest, activity—and learn which habits consistently help or hurt their stress levels.

Maria Ermatova

@siam_al_ahad I would like to add that the app gives you a very simple way to associate your metrics with activities that are going on during the day. In the long term, you will easily connect them with your health condition.

Karl Kubelet

Hya! Congrats on the launch! I'm curious about the underlying AI technology, you have OpenAI and Claude listed in the Built With section, but it seems like those are used primarily as developer/marketing tools. What about the Coach AI technology, is that a custom model? Where does it run? Thanks!

Veranika Zdanovich

@kubelet Hi Karl, and thanks a lot for your question — happy to share more details. Welltory has a lot of AI under the hood. Our AI Coach is built on OpenAI’s GPTs technology and analyzes your personal health and lifestyle data to turn it into tailored guidance and daily insights. We also run an AI support bot, Megan, that handles most user questions with high accuracy, plus a powerful AI content personalization system that helps us generate unique explanations and recommendations for each user. And we’re actively working on new AI features — stay tuned!

Alejandro Esquivel

Hey! Really like the focus on real-time stress tracking rather than just telling you what happened yesterday. The whole "sedentary stress" thing hits home – sitting through back-to-back calls definitely takes a toll. Congrats on the launch!

Veranika Zdanovich

@alejandroesquivel Thank you so much! Real-time stress is a completely different game than “yesterday’s report,” especially when most of our load now comes from mental strain, not just workouts.

“Sedentary stress” is something we see across so many users — those back-to-back calls really do add up, even though you never leave your chair. That’s exactly why we wanted to surface it clearly and help people catch it before it snowballs.

Maria Ermatova

@alejandroesquivel Dear Alejandro, thank you for your support and deep understanding of what we are doing! I am sure you will enjoy the insights and suggestions the feature will give you to fight sedentary stress.

Kamil Seidov

@alejandroesquivel As accurately stated, especially after the increase in remote work hours.

Sabina V

a tool that shows not just when you're stressed but why and tells you how to fix it?? whaaaaaaat? watching your stress curve drop in real time sounds insanely good. way to go, team!!

Veranika Zdanovich

@sabina_vard Thank you!! That “aha moment” you described is exactly what we were aiming for.
Seeing why stress spikes and then watching the curve drop in real time is what finally makes all that wearable data feel actionable instead of overwhelming.
Can’t wait for you to try it and tell us what your first “stress drop” looked like!

Maria Ermatova

@sabina_vard Dear Sabina, this is so inspiring to know that we bring value! Thank you for your support!

Stepan Solodnev

@sabina_vard We assumed that seeing stress in real time could trigger such a reaction. And it looks like we were right. Thank you for being with us Sabina!

Abdul Rehman

I’m one of those people who feels dead by 8pm, hoping this finally shows me what’s draining me during the day.

Anna Druzhinets

@abod_rehman That’s exactly what we built this for! I really hope it gives you clarity around what your body is dealing with during the day — and helps your evenings feel a lot lighter 💛

Maria Ermatova

@abod_rehman You will be surprised by what parts of the day actually drain your energy, and once you change some little things in your routine, you will see how your overall health condition changes.

Victoria Sukhenko

@abod_rehman Thanks Abdul! We’re still learning what people expect here. If something feels like it’s missing, just say so in the app chat 🙂

Stepan Solodnev

@abod_rehman We feel dead 24/7 hah, so we really understand you Abdul, which is why we made this big update.

Nirbhey
I like the simplicity of the app but I prefer being close to the sources of data, the combinations and derivatives of each data point only confused me more. Are there any benefits to using the combinations and derivatives rather than tracking the captured data itself eg heart rate?
Veranika Zdanovich

@nirbhey Thanks so much for the thoughtful question, Nirbhey! 🙌

You’re absolutely right: raw data like heart rate feels clean and simple. And if that’s what works best for you, that’s 100% valid.

Here’s why we also show combinations and derivatives:

🧩 Raw data shows what is happening

HR up / HR down — super clear.

🔍 Combinations help explain why it’s happening

A higher heart rate can mean stress…
or excitement…
or caffeine…
or lack of sleep…
or just walking faster.

Single metrics can’t tell these apart — combinations can.

📈 Derivatives show how it’s changing

Trends and deltas let you see patterns early:
energy drops, stress spikes, recovery curves.

But! If combinations ever feel like too much, the app still works great with raw data only. We want people to choose the depth that feels right for them.

Nirbhey
@veranika_zdanovich thank you for your response! That really reframed the way I think about it, I'll try it out again :)
Maria Ermatova

@veranika_zdanovich  @nirbhey You should definitely give it a try! The product is always evolving and improving and brings the most value to our users.

Veranika Zdanovich

@nirbhey Means a lot 🙏

Anton Tushmintsev

Great app!

Maria Ermatova

@anton_tushmintsev Thank you! We appreciate your support!

Veranika Zdanovich

@anton_tushmintsev  Thanks! Can’t wait to see how people use it )

Stepan Solodnev

@anton_tushmintsev Appreciate it, Anton! We’re trying to make stress tracking feel practical. Hope it feels that way for you.

Dmitry Zakharov
Good luck with your launch 🚀
Maria Ermatova

@dmitry_zakharov_ai Thanks a lot!

Veranika Zdanovich

@dmitry_zakharov_ai Thanks! Excited 🚀

Stepan Solodnev

@dmitry_zakharov_ai Huge thanks Dmitry! Your support gives us a real energy boost. Hope you enjoy the update!

Jelena Stojanovic

Ever notice how the stress only hits you at the end of the day: shallow breathing, tight chest, and that one strange heartbeat (my fellow marketers know the drill ⚒️😂LOL)? That’s why I love the 'good' side of AI, the part that nudges you back into balance before your body has to send an alert. Welltory feels like that rare bridge between precision data and human touch, the kind that actually helps you stay ahead of burnout. And really guys, if tech can turn complex physiological signals into something we can finally understand, isn’t that the whole point?

Anna Druzhinets

@jelena_stojanovic This is such a beautiful way to put it — thank you. We really wanted to build that bridge between data and human experience, and your words mean a lot!

Jelena Stojanovic

@anna_druzhinets you guys have done a fantastic job!

Maria Ermatova

@anna_druzhinets  @jelena_stojanovic Thank you so much! We are so happy to know that our efforts are worth it!

Steven Crake

Cool product, speaking from the trenches bringing together and integrating many data sources is a tricky problem but if you get it right you add a lot of value and efficiency to peoples lives and workflows.

Veranika Zdanovich

@steven_crake Thank you so much!
Yes, one of our key priorities is to stay device-agnostic, so that anyone — regardless of their wearable — can get real value from our app. Integrating multiple data sources is definitely a complex challenge, and we fully agree with you here. But it’s also a crucial part of our vision, which is why we’re investing heavily in making it seamless and reliable.

Jane Smorodnikova

@steven_crake Thank you! Getting all those data sources to play nicely together is tough, but the payoff for users is huge. Glad this resonates with you

Stepan Solodnev

@steven_crake True! We continue to work on the accuracy of data collection. Really glad you mentioned this, Steven. If you see different numbers across apps (Apple Health, Welltory, others), ping us — we can help you figure out what’s going on.
