Amazing concept! How personalized are the actions users get?

Maria Ermatova

@rebryk Most of the actions are very simple, as they should not take a lot of efforts. You can change your body position, take a break, do a breathing exercise, do a short, intense exercise to raise your heart rate, or lie down or lie on your stomach. But the point is for people to find what works best for them. Everyone is different, and different methods work for everyone. For some, lying down during a call helps them transition into recovery mode, while for others, that's not enough. Some people need to run to get their heart rate up, while others need a brisk walk. It's important for people to learn what works best for them.

@rebryk Thank you! We really appreciate your kind words and the attention you’re giving to what we’re building. It gives us a huge boost.

Given that you're now incorporating sophisticated features like the Real-Time Stress Relief and AI Coach, all of which demand high data fidelity, my question is: How are you managing the signal-to-noise ratio and data normalization across such a massive and disparate number of third-party sources (from Garmin to Reddit) to ensure the AI's recommendations remain reliably accurate? Upvoted!

Veranika Zdanovich

@fatima_ashraf6 This is honestly such a tough one to solve! I’ll be real with you — we’re just taking it one step at a time. We’ve worked out that our “core” physiology algorithms (the ones used in this specific feature) can run on very basic data, and we’re adapting them to one fitness tracker at a time. We’re layering everything else on top of this core. It’s a… process.

What mechanism / checks are you using to put to ensure data privacy?
Konstantin Tyapochkin

@faisal_2420010 You can find an overview of how we handle data privacy here: https://welltory.com/privacy/. In particular, the “Security Measures” section is easy to read and should answer your question

Veranika Zdanovich

@faisal_2420010 Great question — and honestly, one of the most important ones.
Here’s how we keep your data safe at Welltory:

Your data is yours, not our product

We never sell it, never share it, never use it for ads. Full stop.

Daniel Zaitzow

@anyakuchugan @jsmorodnikova @solodnev @veranika_zdanovich really neat use case that (I presume) a lot of us struggle with. Curious what early user data you've seen that could incentivize folks to come on board?

Veranika Zdanovich

@anyakuchugan  @jsmorodnikova  @solodnev  @dzaitzow
Thanks! And yes — this is definitely a use case a lot of people struggle with.

Here are some of the early data signals that seem to motivate users to stick with it:

  • People with high “sedentary stress” complete more micro-interventions than we expected.

  • After 3–5 short sessions, we consistently see HRV go up and acute stress go down — it’s a repeatable pattern across users.

  • Retention is noticeably higher when users understand why a specific action is suggested — context builds trust.

  • Our early cohort is coming back to the feature 2–3 times a day when they feel it actually helps.

So far these metrics give us a pretty strong signal that the feature resonates and addresses a real problem.

Let me know if you want to dive deeper — happy to share more.

Daniel Zaitzow

Super helpful! Interesting to know what that repeat threshold looks like too

Maria Ermatova

@dzaitzow Then you should definitely give it a try! We make sure that all our data is evidence-based and backed by science.

Veranika Zdanovich

@dzaitzow  @maria_ermatova totally agree )

Mert Baser

Hey Team @solodnev, the app looks so good, how long did it take to build it? And you think the accuracy is better on physical activities or more stress/sleep activities?

Maria Ermatova

@solodnev  @mertbaser  The development took sufficient time, taking into account that scientists are working on each feature like that in our team. The feature distinguishes whether the stress rises due to a needed recovery after a physical activity or due to mental worries. In both situations, the metrics will be different, but in both situations they will be precise.

Stepan Solodnev

@mertbaser thanks for your interesting question, Mert! Naturally, we strive to achieve maximum accuracy in all conditions, and we already have ideas on how to improve it. So if you notice any discrepancies, we would be very grateful if you could report them here or via the form in the app. We look forward to your feedback.

Maria Ermatova

Artyom Zhuravlev

I used your app a couple of years ago. There was a lot of data, but it wasn’t always clear what to actually do with it.

Alexander Neshitov

@artyom_zhuravlev Thanks for the feedback. We’ve invested a lot into making the app smarter and more helpful—surfacing the most important moments, explaining why they matter, and giving clearer takeaways instead of just charts.

Artyom Zhuravlev

@alexander_neshitov Sounds interesting. I’ll check what’s changed. I remember you had around 10 markers before — 100+ sounds like a big jump. How did you fit all that into the UI?

Alexander Neshitov

@artyom_zhuravlev Good point! The 100+ markers aren’t displayed individually. They’re used in the background to detect patterns and highlight what truly matters for your stress and recovery. The UI itself stays focused on a small number of actionable insights.

Artyom Zhuravlev

@alexander_neshitov Okay, got it. Sounds like a solid upgrade. I’ll reinstall it later and check how the new stress insights work in practice.

Vladimir Tambovtsev

Congratulations with the launch!
