Wing - A phone carrier that is actually nice to you.

If you cancel before the beginning of the next cycle but after they charge you for the next cycle they do not refund. Every other business will do that. They also did not make that clear until after I canceled my account.

They use ATT towers but I am no longer an ATT customer, thank goodness! ATT is such a dishonest company.

Everything has been smooth on my end. From the switch to the service to the payments I make. 5/5 would recommend them!

I travel a lot but with them I never lose coverage. The amount I'm paying for their service is also very reasonable. Satisfied customer here!

I've only been with them for a couple hours now but they've been amazing! I switched mostly for two reasons Google was getting insanely expensive for me and their customer service SUCKED. I was charged for a broken phone that I returned and that I have confirmation was delivered to them and they've been making jump through hoops. Plus almost 75 dollars a month for less than 3GB of data used? No thanks! Wing has been super helpful! Gabe was my service representative who helped me get everything set up and in about 15 minutes or so I was up and running and everything was good! I pay 35 dollars + taxes so for Michigan it's 37.49 a month a lot cheaper than jumping between 50 and 75 dollars depending on much data I use! As of this moment I don't have any issues!

Been a long time Verizon customer but was getting spotty coverage. Tried Wing out and I absolutely loved the service! Have been using them for 4 months and I convinced my family to try them. Thanks Wing!

No other carrier has given me what Wing has been providing me since I switched to them 7 months ago. Been saving a lot of $ with them too! They will surely change your life!

Wing is the TRUTH! I literally slept on my SIM cards for a month, switching from Verizon. Once I decided to join, the set up was so easy and smooth. Customer service was great and very well explained from start to finish. I'm super happy I joined.

Customer service representatives are helpful so I didn't have that much hassle switching over to them. Definitely recommend them for their service plus I'm saving tons of $$$.

Prepaid and greedy I left them they are still trying to hit my card for service I did not use and they are blocked from the card I told them file a complaint with the attorney generals office and the better business bureau
