I've had wing for a couple days now and love it. I went from paying over 300 a month with att for 2 lines unlimited...now paying 124 after tax for unlimited for 2 lines

Poor customer service. Very unresponsive. More interested in selling you a phone. Theywill leayour text unanswered as if they are talking to a friend.

Horrible company keep trying to take money from my account that I never and couldn’t activate. No refunds from them and told them to cancel being I could not get service I was promised. The continue daily to try and get money from my account. Now I have to turn them in for trying to fraud me. I’m a stroke survivor and they are trying to rip me off. I have to much time fighting for my life right now. Avoid them at all costs !

A company that tells lies, breaches a contract that they send to you then don’t follow it. Unlimited means just that not 30gig a month not for the price they want! Haven’t been able to use voicemail in over 3 months and they have yet to fix it with many chats with them. Biggest joke company I have ever dealt with! Hope everyone sees how bad they are and they loose there company!!!

Switched from sprint, which i thought had bad service. The phone service is fine with wing, but my data is about 2mbits/s and upload is near nonexistent. Thats with google speedtest. The Ookla one wont even measure because it is too slow. My sprint had about 30mbit/s.
Also, they claim they have combined coverage of sprint+tmobile+att on their FAQ and on many of the sites that advertise them. In fact, you use a sprint sim, or tmobile sim, or att sim, and each type only uses that networks towers. So their claim of having 99% coverage is a blatant falsehood. I am pretty disappointed. Maybe the service will improve, but I will bail if it stays this slow. Unlimited unusable slow data is a real neat scam.

They screwed me outa money! Said they refunded it, my bank never got it, did 3way calls with them and my bank, they said it's been retuned, but my account never got credited!! They refused to look into it on their end...they ripped me off!

They bait and switch and cant even call customer service. They want you to use the chat bot. If they have cheated you file a complaint with the FCC and shut them down. They said I was abusing their employee for saying I was going to do a chargeback and file a complaint with the fcc lol.

They will rip you off- if there systems fail.. there is no refund policy. They are not experts in carrier service, Please do not trust them! They’re a group of fraudsters
