This company is using unethical practices, and I’m not impressed. I didn’t save any money switching from AT&T, and Wings billing practices are good for them, not their customers ..... I found a better deal with a new carrier. I called Wing to ask for my ACCOUNT # and PIN to help my new company port my number. Wings business retention agent played an ignorant game with me, and she basically tried to hold the info I needed by leaving the line silent. This is true: the agent told me i couldn’t have the numbers until i paid my final bill. (Not legal) she then gave me portions of both numbers and tried to get me to give up. I’m a decorated phone pro, and her game was just downright stupid!!
I’m NOT impressed with Wing! I was a customer for for 3 months, and I had to many issues (lots more, I don’t have time to go through all of them) and I’ll never consider working with this company again!!!

Unethical company imo. I was paying $60 for unlimited with their att network but they recently changed the plans to only 30gb UNLESS I switched to their T-Mobile network. Well my phone doesn’t work with T-Mobile so they basically said I’m sol unless I buy a new phone. Didn’t offer a discounted price or anything. So now I pay $60 for only 30gb. Been with them for a year and this is how they do their customers. I wouldn’t recommend.

If customer service actually listened to complaints and you didn't have to repeat yourself endless times only to be redirected over and over yet still getting no resolution to the issue. All I wanted to do was add another line, but it was apparently too much for at least 5 representatives to handle. I've since switched carriers and I am happy . I can speak to someone 24/7 that understands me. Get it together Wing

They could provide credit for service paid for but NOT received. They also offered sign on bonus then didn’t honor it. These people are crooks. I switched companies after paying for a full month and had TERRIBLE connection and NO internet data so I switched carriers. They neither would provide credit for days of no service nor for the rest of month I’d paid up front for after switching to other company!!

Better customer service. They only text or email they will not talk to you on the phone. They did not cover one of the phones I own so I had to pay for an iPhone to att up front. Hands down I regret switching!!!! Don’t do it unless you want head ace.
