Wing - A phone carrier that is actually nice to you.

Wing = Outstanding Service! Changed service from a large cellular service to Wing. The prices were better for the same services. Customer service was amazingly patient, exceedingly knowledgeable, and very helpful! Their service was a huge factor in our making the big change. Thank you Wing!

The price for there plans alone were enough to convince me to switch, everything else they offered was just cherries on top. I decided to switch to Wing after being with ATT for years, and it was the easiest service switch I have ever made. I never once had to call ATT and deal with there aggressive agents that will just waste my time trying to get me to stay, they handled that. But the best part was that I did the whole switch online, I contacted them online, they set me two free sim cards, one for me and one for my wife, then I activated those sims online. It was such a breath of fresh air to finally be treated like an adult and not have 100 agents trying to sell me on this plan or that plan, I can't wait for more of these start ups to shake up other industries that refuse to change with the times

I love Wing! My favorite feature is the unlimited high speed mobile hotspot, something you rarely see on these types of plans. Because of this, I'm using my iPad, laptop, and PS4 (especially online gaming).

Had the fastest and easiest time swapping from one carrier to wing. Had NO issues! Everyone was friendly and the activation process was straight forward. For those of you who have not paid your bill with the carrier you are trying to leave or if your phone is locked because it isn’t paid off with the other carrier get your act together and you won’t have issues 😊 There are safe guards in place for these company’s so that you won’t be able to cheat them out of their money. The activation and setup for two lines took me 25 mins from start to finish. I have nothing but positive things to say and will recommend this company to all my friends!

I had trouble setting up network settings on my phone when I bought a new one and with the help of some Wingalpha reviews called the customer service. They promptly registered my request and had an executive call me in under 2 hours. The executive helped me patiently set up my phone and even made me run tests to check if it is functioning properly. Apart from this, they have great service and audio quality. I love how I always have bars on my phone in case I’m in an emergency. Overall, very satisfied with their services and approach towards customer satisfaction.
