Construction PM often breaks when the same update lives in too many places

Something I’ve noticed in construction project management:

The problem usually isn’t tracking the work. It’s keeping everything in sync.

An RFI gets updated in one sheet, the weekly report says something else, and the dashboard is already outdated.

A better workflow should let teams update once and have reporting reflect the same data automatically.

That’s one of the problems we’re thinking about while building Wisegrid.
