The field doesn’t need another Gantt walkthrough

A Gantt chart is useful for showing the full sequence and dependencies.

But the weekly field conversation usually needs something much simpler: what is ready, what is blocked, and who owns the constraint.

That is the idea behind this meme, but also behind a useful 3 week look ahead. Keep the master schedule for the big picture, then use a short working session to review commitments, clear upcoming constraints, check conflicts, and lock the next week.
