This could be a valuable addition for teams who need to collaborate frequently on shared documents. Integration with third-party tools: As AI becomes a more significant part of workflows, how does WPS Office plan to integrate with other popular AI tools and platforms (such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace)? Many users already work with multiple platforms, and strong integrations could make WPS Office even more attractive. For feedback: Your AI-powered features are impressive, especially with tools like parallel translation and AI writer that tackle common pain points. However, I think improving the user interface for document navigation (like offering better document version control or a more intuitive dashboard for managing multiple files) would enhance the user experience, especially for power users juggling many documents daily. Suggestion: Adding more advanced document management features, such as version history, quick file switching, or even a dashboard to easily access frequently used documents, could streamline workflows even more and make WPS Office a go-to platform for all document-related needs. Additionally, I noticed that there’s no live chat support on your site. Implementing a customer support chatbot could help users get instant help with any issues they face, whether it’s related to AI tools or troubleshooting integrations. This would enhance the overall user experience, especially for users who are new to the platform. Using both Office and WPS at the same time, most of the time I am using WPS, mainly because I don't have to switch back and forth between Excel, PPT, and Word, and it starts up quickly. I have high hopes for you, keep it up!
