How has AI changed the skills you or your team need? How could mentoring help address those gaps?

AI has definitely changed what we need to learn, but even more how we learn. Tools evolve fast, but skills like problem framing, decision-making, and knowing when to trust or question AI outputs have become critical.
I’ve seen mentoring work best when it’s goal-driven and contextual — not just “learn this tool,” but why, when, and what good looks like in real work. That’s something AI alone can’t replace.
Curious — are you seeing mentors focus more on mindset and judgment now, rather than just technical upskilling?
