YouTube to MP3 API - Get a link to a downloadable mp3 file of any YouTube video.

How do these apps/services get around the Youtube TOS? Or is it just 'party until get caught'?

This will be a violation of both the copyrights of the video and the terms of agreement of YouTube. Surprised to see this here.

If you'd ever seen the organic search traffic numbers for any "youtube to MP3" or "YouTube downloader" queries you would understand the over abundance of these products.

Well. If you download music from youtube- it's not the best Idea. You'll get the worst quality possible. For a perfect MP3s check $save dat money mp3 https://lil-dicky-save-dat-money... . Aside from songs, you'll find obscure sound effects as well. I've been using it for years and ever failed to find the songs I need.
