Congrats on the launch! Love the slack plugin. Just a suggestion (dunno if possible): have you thought of accessing feedback via Jira tickets? This looks like something that could replace Jira so migration from that would be great.

Glad that you like our integrations and it’s an interesting feedback for Jira @between_team. We do offer jira integrations but for linking features and dev tickets. Will definitely discuss this internally. Thanks again

Hi @between_team Thank you for your feedback. Even though we don't plan to replace Jira, but if it's a one time import it can be done using CSV import or via Zapier.
