Zernio - Marketing infrastructure for products and agents
by•
Zernio is the marketing infrastructure 200,000 developers build products on. We absorb the integrations, platform approvals and maintenance behind every channel, all on official APIs, so you can start building today. One API covers 16 social platforms, ads on 7 networks, WhatsApp, iMessage, and phone numbers with calls and SMS that you buy inside Zernio. Use the REST API in your code, or let your coding agent do the same through our MCP server and CLI.

Zernio is one amazing product that solves a lot of problems for small time developers like us.. Superb support, easy to use features and a really simple pricing model..
Absolutely love it!
@dkspeaks this means a lot, thank you!
Been loving the product for posting to social via agents. I'm sure I'll grow into the rest of the goodies they've been adding too. Keep it up!
@robncampbell Thanks so much, Robin! Lots more to explore whenever you're ready! 🚀
how many tools does the agent see through the MCP with all 16 platforms plus ads and calls? from our experience at ApyHub the tool list gets long fast, that's why our MCP is just 4 generic tools
@nikolas_dimitroulakis 496 in the full catalog, but your agent only sees about 50 of them.
The rest sit behind two generic tools: search_tools finds one by description, call_tool runs it
This is easily one of the best tools I've added to my utility belt. I used it for a while to automate the management of my social media, and it works really well. I haven't yet use the MCP but I am very excited to give it a try. If you need to programmatically control your social communications, this is a must have tool, and it doesn't break the bank.
Hats off of the team, you've been working hard and delivering real value. I am wishing you much success!
I've been using Zernio for about 2 months, what initially drove me to it was the better value compared to other more popular options (at that time). They ship lots of features really quickly, I'm really happy with it so far, best of luck.
@rolando_lopez2 Thanks so much, Rolando! Appreciate the support! 🙌
Hey @dasha_nazarova1 and team. Congrats on your Launch. For the analytics, does the API comes with all the relevant stats for informed decision for the business owner.
I've been using Zernio since July, and the best compliment I can give is that I barely open it.
I work in batches as I'm the product person who sometimes need to jump into marketing: Wrote a week worth of content ideas, hand it to Claude Code, and it schedules everything across platforms through the API. When the agent gets stuck, it asks your MCP docs instead of me (the best support ticket is the one I never see). Posting to every platform by hand used to be a pain of my existence (slightly exaggerated, but only slightly). Now it’s not a task. Not a tab I keep open. Just plumbing that works.
Congrats on the launch!
the phone numbers with calls and SMS bought inside Zernio is the part I'd stress test first. we build voice agents at Dial and the actual hard part of telephony was never the API shape, it was the carrier-side stuff - A2P 10DLC registration for SMS, STIR/SHAKEN attestation so your calls don't get flagged as spam, and the week-plus approval lag when a carrier decides your use case looks sketchy. does Zernio absorb that compliance layer too, or is "buy a number inside Zernio" still handing the user a number that can get silently throttled by a carrier for reasons outside your API
@galdayan Yep, that layer’s built in. 10DLC and toll-free verification go through the same API as the number, and we review every filing before a carrier sees it. And carrier decisions come back through the API: unapproved numbers refuse the send, and rejected messages return the carrier’s error code.
@dasha_nazarova1 good to hear carrier decisions come back as actual error codes instead of a silent drop, that's the part that usually gets hand waved. one more thing worth knowing upfront: once a number gets approved, does the registration travel with it if the user ever wants to port it out of Zernio, or is the 10DLC/toll-free approval tied to being inside your platform specifically
Absorbing the platform approvals and maintenance behind every channel is the unglamorous part of marketing infrastructure that teams underestimate until their integrations start breaking, so handling that on official APIs is a real value proposition. One API across 16 social platforms plus ads and messaging is a wide surface. How quickly do you handle it when a platform changes its API?
Do you handle US A2P 10DLC registration for the numbers, or is that on the developer? That's usually the slowest part of getting SMS live, and it's where agent-sent texts get filtered without anyone noticing.
@lancelot_d_souza1 Zernio handles it. You send the business and campaign details in one API call, and Zernio files the 10DLC registration and tracks it through approval
