This is very interesting as I have a lot of potential customers and their email, SMS, WhatsApp already! Is there a way to tell if a number is a WhatsApp number or would you send to all the numbers and let them select if they want to “continue in WhatsApp? Maybe I’m not understanding how the mechanics of this would work :)

@sevenshurygin Directly, there’s no way to check if a number is on WhatsApp till now. However, when running bulk campaigns or having one-on-one chats with clients, you only get charged for the delivered messages. Any undelivered messages won’t incur charges.
