This is very interesting as I have a lot of potential customers and their email, SMS, WhatsApp already! Is there a way to tell if a number is a WhatsApp number or would you send to all the numbers and let them select if they want to “continue in WhatsApp? Maybe I’m not understanding how the mechanics of this would work :)

Directly, there’s no way to check if a number is on WhatsApp till now. However, when running bulk campaigns or having one-on-one chats with clients, you only get charged for the delivered messages. Any undelivered messages won’t incur charges.

For more advanced use cases, you can leverage XCRM to create custom CRMs tailored to any need. Plus, Zixflow Marketing isn't just limited to our own CRM. In the future, you'll be able to connect other CRMs with native integrations. Currently, we support integrations with Zapier and Make to streamline your processes.
